Established in 1979, KNC Care is the one largest independent, not-for-profit, community-led organisation which offers comprehensive cost effective access to services.

We are currently opening 2 wellness centres at St Ives and Lane Cove which offers a range of services, including one on one physiotherapy treatments, group classes, and wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop personalised treatment plans for clients.
• Provide hands-on therapy, education, and support to enhance recovery and mobility.
• Ensuring high levels of satisfaction among clients.
• Through equipment assessment and prescription, identify and provide solutions that support client autonomy and well-being.
• Foster collaboration and successful outcomes by communicating effectively with clients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with care managers, nurses, social worker and other health professionals to optimize client outcomes.
• Ensure seamless care coordination and accurate progress tracking through meticulous record-keeping.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA general registration.
• Current first aid and CPR certificate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Ability to relate to elderly customers with empathy whilst working effectively with other health professionals and service providers.
• Experience in a fitness or wellness setting as well as community physiotherapy is a plus.
• Valid NSW driver’s license
