Fogarty EDvance is a three-year School Improvement Program (SIP) that offers an integrated leadership development, change management and support program, tailored to the needs of each school. We provide high quality support to build leadership capability and increase the overall effectiveness of schools, through our unique program which brings together the best practices, resources and tools from education, business and philanthropy.

THE ROLE

The Program Lead - Impact, Fogarty EDvance assists with identification of current and potential sources of program impact and contributes to the preparation and delivery of key content for existing and future cohorts. The position is offered on a fixed term contract for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. The hours of work are negotiable between 30 to 37.5 hours per week.

The Program Lead - Impact works within a collaborative and cohesive team to support program delivery and the case management of participating schools, stakeholder relationship management with external partners and identifying opportunities for strengthening program impact.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Support ongoing management and operation of the School Improvement Program, including monitoring of school progress and performance data, alignment with contemporary best practice in change management and evidence-based educational practice, and driving ongoing improvement for current and future cohorts.
  • Assist with research and presentation of key educational content, including coordinate and present School Improvement Program workshops, as required.
  • Assist with and coordinate communications with participating schools and their leaders and mentors.
  • Support the implementation of designated program activities that Fogarty EDvance launches or delivers to support school transformation in Western Australia.
  • Assist with establishing and maintaining key systems and processes to manage Fogarty EDvance program delivery.

ABOUT YOU

The Program Lead - Impact role requires an individual who possesses a broad range of skills, knowledge and experience. To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications and/or experience in business management or other related area.
  • At least three years previous experience working in a social impact or change management setting.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in project and deliverables management and reporting.
  • Ability to utilise data analysis and key insights to recommend and implement program improvements.
  • Ability to consult with stakeholders and conceptualise and apply innovation and change management to strengthen models of service delivery.
  • Demonstrated group facilitation skills and ability to present effectively at workshops for adult learners.
