We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team
The Data Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive reporting solutions, working with the Business Intelligence Analyst and key internal stakeholders to provide insights into the quality of client work delivered by the organisation.
The role is responsible for providing regular intelligent, timely and relevant reporting and analysis of data in a concise, simplified style and insightful manner to support Knowmore’s internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting our client management system, you will be responsible for monitoring systems, analysis and data quality, conducting routine audits of systems and processes to enhance reporting and data management.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and produce scheduled reports within required timelines.
- Assist in data migration and integration from Salesforce to Tableau.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations to effectively communicate findings.
- Improve existing and develop new processes based on daily observations to drive efficiencies across the team.
- Perform ad-hoc modelling and reporting.
- Support and train the Knowmore team in using systems and data, including through the delivery of training and preparation of guidance materials.
- Work collaboratively with the team and other projects as required.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide support to users.
- Develop and maintain data quality standards and processes.
- From time to time, provide general IT support to the Knowmore team.
Qualifications
- Qualifications in IT or a related field would be highly regarded.
- The successful candidate will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Records Check and a Working with Children Check.

To be successful in the role you will have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to interact with colleagues at various levels across the organisation.
- Salesforce Service Cloud reporting and dashboard experience required.
- Experience with other reporting tools such as Tableau desirable.
- Highly developed Excel skills (Advanced).
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritise projects to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage conflicting deadlines and requirements.
