About the Organisation

Kooyoora was established in 2017 as a not-for-profit provider of professional standards and other services to charities, bodies, colleges, and schools to enable them more effectively to fulfil their charitable activities. Our work includes complaints handling, managing a redress scheme, education. prevention/ consultation and employee screening. Kooyoora's work has expanded interstate and in New Zealand. About the Position

In this role you will provide leadership to a small team that work to assist charities in creating child safe organisations. This will involve robust regulatory and investigative knowledge in managing complaints, as well as supporting the charities in preventative areas such as policy and education.
