Kurbingui Youth & Family Development is a not-for-profit Aboriginal community-controlled organisation. Established in 2001, we have continued to grow in the number of services delivered to the community in areas such as employment and training, family support, domestic and family violence, alcohol and substance abuse, cultural education and engagement, support targeting successful educational outcomes for families and children and young people from preschool to tertiary, recreation and sports, early years, youth, women and men, cultural group activities, social, emotional well-being - suicide prevention, crisis response and treatment and health and nutrition. We are a passionate, dedicated and committed to making a positive impact in the community we serve. We work tirelessly to advance our mission, vision and values ensuring that every resource is maximised to support our programs and initiatives. To strengthen our operations, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring financial integrity, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will work closely with the executive team and other departments to provide accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of non-profit financial management, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for supporting our mission.
