About the role
Reporting to the Better Business Partnership (BBP) Program Coordinator, this role will see you deliver programs and activities relating to sustainable business including the Better Business Partnership and the Net Zero Communities programs in the Ku-ring-gai Local Government Area.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering the BBP program in the Ku-ring-gai Local Government area
- Providing sustainability advisory services to Ku-ring-gai businesses
- Assisting in recruiting and retaining businesses to the BBP program
- Developing promotional and educational resources and content
- Conducting and reporting on BBP program monitoring and evaluation
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key internal and external program stakeholders to enhance BBP program outcomes
Qualifications, Skills & experience
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and / or substantial work experience in a similar role
- Current NSW Class C driver’s licence
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of sustainability engagement programs
- Demonstrated experience in developing promotional and educational content in a sustainability context
- Proven ability to collate, analyse and report on sustainability data
- Demonstrated project management, financial management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, report writing and presentation skills
- Able to work flexible work hours, including evening and weekends, when required
