ADFNSW which operates Kathleen York House, seeks a dynamic individual to be part of its multidisciplinary team. Kathleen York House is an abstinent based residential treatment facility supporting women in overcoming their substance use disorders and reducing its harmful impact on their lives, the lives of their children, families and the community.
To Manage waiting list; Conduct face to face comprehensive assessments with potential clients; Relay information regarding potential clients to staff at team meetings; Liaise with clients prior to admission to make arrangements re: childcare, date of admission etc.; Complete service induction and admission paperwork with client on arrival to KYH; Set up client folder; program administration; and formal and informal support to Kathleen York House Clients and their children.
