• KYH requires an AOD Worker-Case Manager
• Employment Status: Full time
• Award: SCHADS Award - Level dependent upon qualifications and experience, plus superannuation and attractive salary packaging arrangements

Purpose of Position

To provide case management; group facilitation; program administration; and, formal and informal support to Kathleen York House Clients and their children.

Selection Criteria

• Tertiary qualification in relevant field or substantial experience in the alcohol and other drugs field
• Excellent understanding of the complex range of issues involved in SUD especially for women and those caring for children or young people
• Experience in trauma, mental health issues and other comorbidities
• Comprehensive Case Management competencies
• Understanding of the policy, legal and regulatory environment for treatment of SUD and drug education, including child protection
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Current Drivers Licence and the ability to drive a passenger vehicle
• Current First Aid Certificate

• Affiliation with Professional Body
