Ladder delivers tailored, holistic development and mentoring programs to help young people in need across Australia. Ladder levels the playing field for young people by building critical skills, self-belief and meaningful opportunities.

The role of the Case Worker is to facilitate the delivery of the Ladder Step Up program to a small group of young people with an out-of-home-care experience in southern NSW. This role, based in Queanbeyan will work closely with Ladder program participants to strengthen their resilience and capabilities to overcome barriers in employment, education and training. The role will involve delivery of both individual and group program activities and will require outreach to several local communities.

The role is contracted to 30th June 2024. Service delivery locations will vary across southern NSW so the successful candidate must be willing to travel. For more information on Ladder, visit ladder.org.au.
