Rare opportunity to join the fabulous team at Lalor Neighbourhood House, with one of our occasional childcare educator positions vacant for the first time in 13 years. Come work with a great team, in a wonderfully diverse community.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Diploma in Children’s Services.
• Experience in a childcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of child safe standards, policies and compliance.
• A genuine love for working with children and supporting their development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children.
• Plan and implement educational programs that promote learning and development.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community.
• Observe and assess children’s progress and well-being.
