We are seeking an experienced people leader who is detail-orientated to lead our day-to-day program operations. The Coordinator (Operations) will primarily be recruiting, leading, developing and supporting the Concierge team of permanent and casual staff who work on a 24/7 fixed roster. The role also manages all operational functions to maintain the smooth running of the facility including rosters, accounts, petty cash, timesheets, purchasing, maintenance, compliance, incident and relationship management.
You will bring a positive, solutions-focused attitude that fosters an inclusive, diverse and engaged team which seeks to continually improve our systems, processes and most importantly the experience of residents and visitors of the building.
You're someone who has led and supervised teams before and are known for being well-organised with solid administrative skills. You'll be able to demonstrate an understanding of the homelessness sector and the clients that we support. You will also have excellent relationship-management skills as you will be working with key service delivery partners and stakeholders within and outside of Launch Housing.
The role is an integral part of the Elizabeth Street Common Ground (ESCG) Leadership Team.
