Board Directors - Morwell

Latrobe Community Health Service
  • Join a not-for-profit health care provider who is getting back to what matters.
  • At Latrobe Community Health Service we’re inspired by our vision of a strong, vibrant community where everyone can access good healthcare and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

Applications are sought from appropriately experienced persons for one (1) Elected Director vacancy and two (2) Appointed Director vacancies that exist on the Board of Latrobe Community Health Service (LCHS).

Apply your skills and experience by leading an organisation dedicated to delivering services that improve the health and social wellbeing of Australians.

As an LCHS Director, you will have an excellent understanding of and demonstrable skills in contemporary governance in the context of commercial or not-for-profit enterprise, preferably within health and community services, and will be able to lead organisational growth whilst maintaining high quality, safe and equitable services.

Applicants will need to demonstrate a strong, genuine alignment with the LCHS Vision, Purpose, Guiding Principles and Values.

Given the diverse service offerings of LCHS, including its role as a provider of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Local Area Coordination (LAC) and Early Childhood (EC) services, applicants are required to demonstrate that they do not have a role with a NDIS Registered Provider of Supports or hold any other positions which would pose un-mitigatable conflicts of interest.

Interviews will be conducted during business hours in Morwell on Tuesday, 8 August 2023 with the outcome to be announced in October 2023.

At Latrobe Community Health Service we want to help you get back to what matters. To access further information, go to www.lchs.com.au/careers and click “Apply Now” on the Director listing.

To apply, applicants will need to complete the Application Form, upload their curriculum vitae, cover letter addressing the key selection criteria and signed Role Statement.
