About Us:

At LYF, we pair teens in years 7-10 with mentors who guide, support, and inspire them over at least one year—ideally up to four.

Our program combines one-on-one mentoring with exciting, fully funded group activities. Think weekend camps, unforgettable outings, and genuine connections that last a lifetime.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re on the hunt for volunteers in the wider Perth area aged 22-39, with:

• A passion for working with youth.
• Great communication and empathy.
• Reliability to show up for Perth’s teens.
  Experience in youth development is a bonus, but not required—we provide all the training you’ll need!
  

Your Volunteer Role

• Volunteer Mentor: Be a trusted guide for a teen—one-on-one support, real impact.
• Event Helper: Help bring our group activities to life.
• Freelance Mentor: Fill in if a usual mentor is away, help out in the background and make sure the days run smoothly
