About the role

We are looking for an intelligent, tech-savvy, and emotionally intelligent Executive Officer to support the CEO and leadership team in a fast-paced and purpose-driven organisation. This role is central to ensuring effective governance, executive engagement, and operational efficiency at the highest level.

This is more than an executive support role – it’s an opportunity to work closely with leadership, contribute to key initiatives, and help drive organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

  • Board and governance support – prepare board agendas, minutes, and materials; facilitate clear and effective communication between the board and the executive team.
  • Leadership team engagement – work closely with the leadership team to enhance collaboration, drive key initiatives, and ensure priorities are actioned effectively.
  • Event and meeting management – organise internal and external events, board meetings, and leadership workshops to foster engagement and progress strategic discussions.
  • Presentation and report development – create high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials to support decision-making at the executive and board level.
  • AI and technology for productivity – leverage AI tools to enhance workflows, improve efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Stakeholder engagement and communications – serve as a key liaison with external partners, ensuring professional and strategic engagement.
  • Diary and meeting management – provide scheduling and organisational support to optimise the CEO’s time.
  • Project and initiative support – contribute to projects that improve executive operations and enhance organisational effectiveness.

Fixed term role

This role is a fixed term parental leave cover position starting in April/May through to January 2026. There is potential for extension and growth at the end of the contract.
