What You’ll Do:

As our People and Culture Business Partner, you will be at a senior level reporting into a GM and play a pivotal role in leading and collaborating on key organisational projects, participating in strategic change, responsible for two lead areas, and managing the day-to-day operational HR cycle. Here’s a snapshot of your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Strategic and Operational Recruitment: Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to meet our diverse hiring needs. Partner with Martian Logic (our HRIS provider) to take accountability for the full cycle end to end.
  • Cross-collaboration projects: Participate and lead projects across the organisation.
  • Partnerships: Work closely with leaders to provide advice on ER and IR and drive change through the organisation.
  • Coaching & Training: Guide and empower people leaders and develop training modules that help us meet and exceed best practice.
  • Engagement Initiatives: Contribute to employee engagement projects focused on learning, development, and wellbeing.
  • Work Health Safety and Wellbeing: Contribute towards making our workplaces safe and happy places to be for all.

About You:

We’re looking for a forward-thinking professional who brings:

  • Over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a generalist HR or People and Culture role.
  • Proven track record in leading recruitment campaigns and learning initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Familiarity with employment laws, awards, enterprise agreements and regulations.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
