We are seeking a Psychology Team Leader who is not only a skilled psychologist but also a passionate mentor and leader. The Role

As Psychology Team Leader, you will:

  • Provide Clinical Leadership – Guide and mentor Psychologists, Provisional Psychologists and Psychology Aides, ensuring best practices and high-quality service delivery.
  • Foster a Positive Team Culture – Support professional development, create a collaborative environment, and promote continuous learning.
  • Maintain a Clinical Caseload – Deliver direct psychological assessments, therapy and interventions while staying actively involved in service delivery.
  • Ensure Compliance & Quality Assurance – Uphold regulatory requirements, conduct clinical file audits, and implement risk management strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, including Client Services, People & Culture, and external stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • AHPRA Registration as a Psychologist.
  • Experience or a strong willingness to develop skills in mentoring, coaching, and leading within a psychology team.
  • Experience in delivering evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions with children and adolescents.
  • A commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A current driver’s license and willingness to travel between service centres.
