Learning Links is seeking a motivated Schools Administration Officer to provide high-level administrative support to our psychology programs across multiple schools. Position Overview

As the Schools Administration Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient coordination and delivery of psychology programs in schools. From managing schedules and resources to liaising with schools and stakeholders, you will help ensure that these critical services run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Coordination and Administration: Manage all logistical and administrative aspects of psychology programs, including scheduling, resource distribution, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for schools, funding bodies, and internal teams, ensuring timely and clear communication.
  • Data Management: Accurately maintain program records, track progress, and report on key milestones and outcomes.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure that all programs adhere to funding agreements, educational regulations, and safety standards, including NDIS and Medicare compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements and support the implementation of enhancements to ensure the efficient delivery of services.

About You

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need excellent communication skills to liaise with schools, stakeholders, and internal teams, as well as the ability to think critically and solve problems on the go.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Relevant experience in administration, project coordination, or education sector support roles
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in IT systems, including project management software
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
