Lets Connect Support Services are looking for a part time experienced Support Coordinator to either work from our Redcliffe Office or our Darra Office. This is a busy, rewarding and varied role where no two days will be the same. You will be supporting people and families with various disabilities to get the most out of their NDIS plans and to think creatively with them about ways to build capacity and utilise their funding.

We are looking for someone who understands the complexity of the NDIS and how the system works. Someone who can work alone but also work within a team environment. The person needs to be great with networking in the area and also need to work with many different government departments.

We strongly encourage people with lived experience to apply for the position. You will require all relevant checks including NDIS Clearance Card, Working with Children Card plus a recent National Police Check. You will also require an Open Drivers Licence. We are a family-friendly local Registered Support Coordination Company where most of our team either have a disability or support someone who is on the scheme.
