The Mparntwe Assertive Outreach Program is not your average service. At LAAC, we provide trauma-informed, proactive support to people experiencing chronic homelessness in Mparntwe (Alice Springs). As Program Coordinator, you’ll drive impact in one of the NT’s most innovative and culturally grounded outreach models.

We’re looking for a seasoned professional who:

• Can lead a team and build partnerships across agencies.
• Keen to provide support and tailored care to vulnerable populations, including people experiencing homelessness.
• Managing complex cases, in a holistic manner.
• Is passionate about social justice, healing, and cultural empowerment
• Has experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
