ABOUT THE ROLE

Join Lhere Artepe Supermarkets as our Community Engagement Coordinator and lead the way in fostering strong community ties and positive outcomes. In this role, you will oversee the scheduling and performance of Community Liaison Officers across all store locations, implement effective engagement strategies, and work closely with stakeholders to reduce theft and antisocial behaviour. By ensuring cultural sensitivity and strategic alignment, you will help us empower the local community while achieving key organisational goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and scheduling Community Liaison Officers across stores.
• Monitoring and improving performance against KPIs, including theft reduction targets.
• Organising training in cultural sensitivity, conflict resolution, and community engagement.
• Collaborating with stakeholders, store management, and HR for consistent, impactful engagement.
