As the Store Manager of Outbush Alice Springs, you will take ownership of daily store operations, sales performance, and staff development while driving customer satisfaction and profitability. Your leadership will be pivotal in building a positive team culture, ensuring the store’s efficiency, and providing customers with a seamless shopping experience. You will manage everything from stock control and merchandising to training, coaching, and mentoring your team to meet targets and exceed expectations.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar retail leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with financial reports, budgets, and sales analysis
- Ability to master inventory control systems (Tower Operating System knowledge is a plus!)
- Organised, problem-solver with a passion for customer service
