- Salary: $70K pro rata, plus super

Job summary
The Executive Assistant is responsible for:
- Diary and email management
- Personal assistance
- Liaise between the director and staff
- Facilitation of meetings/trainings in person & online
- Document preparation & correspondence
- Logistics for staff travel and events
- Office orders, organisation and call forwarding
- Assist with bookkeeping
- Assist with sales & customer management
- Assist the Business Services Manager as required
- Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel, Word, Outlook & Adobe)
- Basic web skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Willingness to work in a collaborative environment
- A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
- Resilience and the ability to persevere and remain calm under pressure
- Human resource background favourable

- You enjoy organising and problem solving
- You have some prior experience in human resource
- You have some prior experience in bookkeeping

Reporting relationship
The successful candidate will report to the Director of Lifecycles and the Business Services Manager.
Qualifications and experience
- A minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive / Personal Assistant
- A degree / certificate in business administration
