Join our Group home in Blackburn. You will be responsible for providing support with activities of daily living and developing, implementing, and monitoring Individual Plans’ including personal care. In this role you will work to facilitate the delivery of quality services and achieve positive outcomes with and for the clients within the house. Experience with complex behaviours, medical & mental health needs of clients is beneficial.
This is a Full time role. The roster details outlined as fortnightly hours is detailed below:
