LifeWorks Australia is currently the second largest Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Provider within Australia and the largest EAP Provider globally.
We are in search of experienced EAP Providers to join us in supporting our growing customer and client base and work with staff members from both the private and public sectors in regional New South Wales. The role will see you not only making large scale impact on everyday Australians overall well being but also an opportunity to be part of a team that provides counselling, crisis response, training, conflict resolution, career counselling, assessment and consulting services.
We are seeking motivated and experienced Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors with proven experience in short term, solutions-orientated interventions with the ability to provide debriefing and critical incident management services.
We operate nationally through our own offices as well as the offices of our associate providers. All bookings are initiated by our clients phoning our National Contact Centre. Cases are created and referrals sent to our associate providers pending availability and location.
