LINE Wangaratta Inc. is on Bpangerang Country, located in Wangaratta, and coordinates programs and services in the Alpine, Indigo, Benalla, Mansfield, Moira, and Wangaratta local government areas, operating from the Pride Hub located in Wangaratta.

LINE Wangaratta Inc. is pleased to offer an 8 hours per week Project Support Officer role on a part time 6-month contract. Days and times are flexible.
We are looking for a great administration all-rounder, who is passionate about community-led programs and projects, who can work autonomously and in a small team, has good level organisational and computer skills to support our growing community organisation.
This role will see you utilise your experience in community program development and promotion to implement social connection and capacity building opportunities.
LINE Wangaratta Inc. is coordinating program days, events, and sessions for LGBTQIA+ unpaid carers, and unpaid carers of LGBTQIA+ people living in north-east Victoria (including art and craft sessions, forums and panels, workshops, education and capacity building sessions, and community meals).
These program days will provide an opportunity for LGBTQIA+ carers, carers of LGBTQIA+ people, and services and organisations to build connections, increase confidence, increase resilience, and support emotional wellbeing, in a culturally safe and inclusive environment.
The project will also include capacity building workshops for carer services and organisations to be LGBTQIA+ inclusive, and a Community Forum for carer services and organisations to increase opportunities to collaborate.
Experience working with LGBTQIA+ communities and lived experience as a carer will be highly regarded.
Reports to: Executive Officer
Hours: 8 hours per week
Duration: 6 months only
Salary: $36.00 per hour, plus superannuation
