Little Petal CC

ABOUT YOUR ORGANISATION

Little Petal supports parents living with disability and who are at risk of having their child or children removed from their care because the Department of Child Protection (DCP) has concerns about their capacity to keep them safe from harm, abuse and/or neglect.

We support first time parents, including expecting parents whose child is not born yet. And we support families with multiple children who are required to meet their NDIS goals, and DCP and other professional recommendations and obligations, to be deemed safe and appropriate caregivers.

Little Petal provides a comprehensive range of supports tailored to the unique needs of children, individuals, and families. As an approved in-home service by the Education Standards Board SA, our qualified and experienced Educators deliver childcare services in the child's home and community environments.

Our approach integrates Social Work and Early Childhood Education and Care practices, offering holistic support through services such as:

  • In-Home Educator Supports
  • Empowering Caregivers Supports
  • Peer Supports
  • Social Work Supports
  • Mentoring
  • Circle of Security Parenting (1-1 or group sessions)

Operating seven days a week across Adelaide, South Australia, we offer flexible hours to meet the diverse needs of the families we support.
