Lifeline has been operating in Tasmania since 1973, commencing as two chapters (Lifeline North West and Lifeline Hobart) which merged in 2012 to form Lifeline Tasmania, we are now a single organisation incorporated in Tasmania, with state-wide reach and community connections.

The Lifeline Training and Support team is here to help Tasmanian workplaces develop confidence in having conversation skills that save lives, playing a vital role in building a stronger, more resilient Tasmania.
Our Training Facilitators deliver high-quality training across our suite of training programs such as DV Alert, Trauma and Suicide Conversation Skills (to name a few!) to individuals and groups across the community.
Whilst our Training and Support team is a reasonably small team of facilitators and admin wizards – their impact is mighty, and with our business growing we are looking for new Training Facilitators to join this fabulous team and deliver workshops across our beautiful state!
You are an autonomous trainer with a demonstrated ability to deliver Training across a variety of topics who specifically has extensive experience in delivering Domestic Violence and Trauma related workshops, you are knowledgeable, engaging in your delivery and can simply hit the ground running.
With legendary story telling skills, you are always able to take even the toughest audience along for the ride, and your highly developed, informative and engaging communication skills allow you to relate to a variety of demographics and learning styles.
Consistently learning yourself, you ensure your knowledge around contemporary facilitation best practice is maintained, and you possess a strong understanding of the concepts of Learning Design and Development and facilitating learning.
You are happy to share your thoughts around continuous improvement opportunities or gaps in the market when the idea grabs you, and are comfortable developing, moderating and delivering training programs, as and where required.
