For over 15 years, Recovery Station has been providing community and clinic based allied health services, with a strong focus on disability and senior health. We have consistently grown and now proudly offer support to people with diverse needs across the Greater Hunter, Central Coast and Sydney regions.
Together, our passionate, multidisciplinary team of OTs, MHOT’s, MH Social Workers, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Dietitians and Allied Health Workers collaboratively share their knowledge and experience to holistically design an individualised service to help improve the quality of life for people living with a disability or looking to age as independently as possible.

OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN
The fast paced growth of Recovery Station has opened up an opportunity for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition to join our HR team.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be integral to the end-to-end recruitment process, including the co-ordination, execution and taking point on recruitment activities. You will partner with other members or our HR team and key stakeholders in the business to identify current and future recruitment needs, develop strategies to attract talent and develop talent pools across our multi-disciplinary team, whilst maximising the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process – liaising with key stakeholder’s, conducting job briefs, drafting job advertisements and managing the full candidate experience from application, phone screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews, background/reference checks, making offers, preparing contracts and onboarding new starters
- Providing practical and proactive coaching solutions to hiring managers in relation to the recruitment strategy and best practice recruitment
- Analysing recruitment data, staying abreast of competitor activities and implementing full recruitment campaign strategies
- Building an internal and external network, promoting and representing Recovery Station
- Managing and building a talent pool to support current and future business needs and our multi-disciplinary team
- Being responsible for talent pool development and management for hard to fill positions within the allied health sector
- Providing practical and proactive coaching solutions to hiring managers in relation to the recruitment strategy and best practice recruitment
ABOUT YOU
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and knowledge of strategies with proven success in the attraction and selection of great people who align with Company Values
- Experience working in a high-volume fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities in an evolving environment
- Experience implementing targeted recruitment campaigns with delivery strategies and outcomes to attract top talent
- Experience developing talent pools and working with recruitment databases
- Experience using LinkedIn, social media platforms and online job boards to customise creative methods to optimise sourcing, screening and selection of top talent
- An exceptional networker with great interpersonal skills and ability to engage potential talents and increase awareness and knowledge of Recovery Station to targeted audiences
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
