Lolly Jar Circus has grant money for an experienced Volunteer Manager to set up a new volunteer program and manage it for the first 12 months. We are a charity that offers circus classes inclusive of young people with disabilities or at social risk, to benefit their physical and social health. We have a core group of paid circus coaches. We are looking to supplement these with volunteer coaches as well as enlist other volunteers to help with equipment cleaning and fund-raising as well as other areas to be explored.

The new Volunteer Manager will:

• Spend time with the CEO and board getting to know the needs of the organisation
• Devise a volunteer plan and engagement strategy
• Implement the strategy and oversee the volunteers for 12 months
