Position Objectives:

The role of Coordinator Home Care, you will be responsible to review, develop and maintain Aged and Disability Service policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with standards, funding and legislation. You will also be responsible for coordinating the development and maintenance of Aged and Disability service Quality Improvement plans. This position is based in Titjikala or Finke with frequent travel between the two communities and Alice Springs.

This is a Full Time, Fixed Term position until June 2026, with potential of extension.

Salary:

Commencing with an annual salary of $87,569 per annum with an additional 11.5% superannuation, and leave loading of 17.5% for the 6 weeks annual leave.

Role Requirements:

Our successful candidate will have proven experience supporting a diverse and fast paced working environment. Hold a Diploma level qualification in Aged Care, Cert IV in Individual Support (Aged) or similar in a related discipline. Extensive experience working in remote areas supporting Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander people.
