We are a leading NDIS Registered Provider, and our Direct Supports Program is seeking two qualified and experienced Disability Support Workers, (female preferred) to work within the South Gippsland Shire, Victoria.

about the role

The role will involve supporting a young female to attend to personal cares, daily community access and assist in undertaking outdoor pursuits like Archery. You will need strong interpersonal skills to engage, support and communicate effectively with this young female participant, you will be expected to work towards exploring other hobbies like Comic-Con and other recreational interests of her choice.

key requirements

• Certificate 3 Individual Support or Certificate 4 in Disability or any other relevant qualifications.
• Proven job stability and experience within the support worker industry.
• Working with Children's Check
• NDIS Screening Check
• Current Victoria Police Check
• A full driver's license, road worthy and insured vehicle.
• Two work related references.

We are seeking two workers with an aptitude for wanting to help and making a positive difference to someone's life. We seek reliability and job stability with this role, providing all background checks are carried out sufficiently and based on participant feedback and overall satisfaction. This role will suit a Southeast Gippsland resident and who is familiar with local district and areas.
