The Balund-a Program in within the works and education stream under reintegration. It is an innovative residential diversionary program for male offenders over 18 years of age.

As part of this role you will providing culturally-specific advice and support, to both residents and the team as well as specialise in the development and delivery of Aboriginal identified offender groups in a culturally sensitive manner and encourages participation.
