Mala'la Health Service is looking for a full-time Aged Care &amp; Community Services Manager based in Maningrida, NT.
This role oversees the operations of Mala&rsquo;la Flexible Aged Care and Community Services, reports to the Executive Health Manager, and is responsible for ensuring optimal service delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.
<h3>More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Managing service operations including resource allocation</li>
<li>Coordinating client assessments and medical reviews</li>
<li>Ensuring culturally appropriate service delivery</li>
<li>Developing and sustaining professional relationships</li>
<li>Leading staff and supporting their professional development</li>
<li>Reporting on service delivery outcomes</li>
<li>Monitoring program budgets</li>
<li>Adhering to workplace safety and information technology policies</li>
</ul>
<h3>About Mala'la</h3>
Mala&rsquo;la Health Service is a respected &amp; accredited Aboriginal Corporation providing services to the seaside community of Maningrida (520 km east of Darwin), with a population of approximately 3,000 people. These services include Primary Health Care, Aged &amp; Community Care, Family &amp; Community Wellness, Drugs &amp; Alcohol Services.
Mala'la's vision is to improve the health and well-being of people in the Maningrida community and surrounding outstations.
<h3>Essential requirements</h3>
To qualify, you will need current Nursing registration as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse with AHPRA. Extensive experience in Aged Care Management will also be considered essential, while prior experience in a remote Aboriginal community will be held in high regard. 
Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:
<ul>
<li>Sound knowledge in monitoring financial budgets</li>
<li>Experience in reporting to major funding bodies</li>
<li>Experience in workplace change management</li>
<li>Experience in meeting compliance targets</li>
<li>Competent in the use of Microsoft Office programs and electronic databases</li>
</ul>

<h3>BEnefits</h3>
The successful candidate will receive an attractive salary up to $136,000 (dependent on skills &amp; experience) plus 11% super, alongside a wide range of benefits, including:

<li>Salary sacrifice options (up to $15,950);</li>
<li>Travel allowance of $4,000 per year;</li>
<li>Accommodation (2.5 bedroom unit);</li>
<li>Retention allowance of $2,500 (after each completed 12 month period of service)</li>
<li>Relocation and repatriation expense assistance; and</li>
<li>6 weeks annual leave!</li>
