We provide an exceptional level of support to participants and their carers with NDIS funding to assist them in navigating their plans and payments to providers.

In branching out our service to new States, we are seeking highly driven and dedicated Plan Managers (4 - 5) with NDIS experience to join our friendly and inclusive team.

As a Plan Manager you are responsible for managing a multi participant portfolio and providing a one to one, customer oriented experience both over the phone. You will provide informative, clear and succinct written based communication through case management with participants that have a plan through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is designed for experienced customer service focused, empathetic individuals who enjoy helping others and can multitask to balance service delivery and productivity standards whilst building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the disability sector.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining positive and enabling relationships with participants, key stakeholders and providers
  • Managing your own portfolio of participants and helping them to manage their NDIS plan funds
  • Providing excellent customer service to NDIS participants, family members & carers
  • Assist in the processing of invoices and claims in a timely and accurate manner

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills e.g. active listening, empathy, professional communication
  • Excellent written communication
  • Demonstrated experience in customer/ client relationship management and service delivery
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for helping others
  • Quality focused and proven data integrity
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in working to KPI measurements and targets
  • Computer literate and a good understanding of MS Office applications
  • Collaborative team ethic and a positive ‘can do' attitude
  • Self starter, motivated
  • Minimum of 2 years NDIS experience is essential
