The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a professional and motivated individual to join our team in the position of Post Placement and Ongoing Support Consultant. Responsible for the provision of specialised individual support and intervention to participants who have attained employment, you will be required to support the centralised claims team by obtaining compliant documentation for claiming purposes.

Based in Chermside, this position works with a supportive and successful team. Day-to-day this position will be required to –

  • Build strong relationships with clients, employers and other stakeholders
  • Building rapport with participants to identify, assess and address individual needs
  • Ensuring participants have attained employment that will lead to sustainable employment outcomes through the development of employment pathway plans and post placement support.

This position is suited to a go-getter with highly developed interpersonal and relationship building skills and demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail and an ability to engage and influence.

Please note, in line with requirements for this position, the recruitment process will require the preferred candidate to consent to a criminal history check.
