About the Role
As CEO, you will be working with a committed Board of skilled local people to:
- Lead implementation of the strategic direction of KWCC and ensure safe and effective service delivery.
- Oversee financial management, compliance, and quality service delivery.
- Inspire and support a passionate team delivering trauma-informed care.
- Build strong partnerships with government agencies, community organisations, and corporate partners.
- Advocate for domestic, family, and sexual violence services at all levels of government.
About You
You’ll be a resilient, flexible and motivated leader, able to assess a new context and build relationships quickly to optimise your contribution. You’ll bring:
- CEO or executive leadership experience in community services, crisis accommodation, or related sectors.
- Strong governance, financial management, and operational leadership expertise.
- A deep understanding of Indigenous and cross-cultural issues and the impact of domestic and family violence on culture and communities.
