More about the role:

The Marketing Strategic Planner will be responsible for the long-term strategic planning of programs by audience.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Defining donor audiences, priorities, and role of each segment.
  • Collaborating with revenue leads to identify growth opportunities that supports the Foundation’s evolution.
  • Responsibly for annual calendar and longer-term planning (rolling three-year horizon).
  • Developing targets and robust ROI for each program, in consultation with revenue leads.
  • Supporting the Marketing team as reasonably required during peak campaign periods.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with a mix of the following experience and skills:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience (7+ years) in marketing, preferably with strategic planning experience.
  • Experience in leveraging diverse data sources to develop key insights to inform strategy development.
  • Proficient in strategy development, annual planning and writing presentations for different audiences (internal engagement, Board reports, Corporate Partners etc).
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights and co-create programs that drive engagement and revenue.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience working in a team and managing multiple stakeholders.
