More about the role:
Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the Technical Project Manager will lead the implementation and delivery of the McGrath Foundation’s technical projects in alignment with our IT strategy. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Managing project planning, budgeting, forecasting, resourcing and reporting.
- Managing multiple workstreams, coordinating between internal and external stakeholders.
- Effectively handle and resolve critical project challenges, ensuring clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leading a Business Analyst who will provide support on projects.
This role is full-time position for a 12-month contract, based in the Sydney CBD. Hybrid working arrangements are available, with the team working 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
Who we are looking for:
We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Technical Project Manager with the following attributes:
- At least five years’ experience managing IT projects, ideally with a Salesforce product.
- Proficient with Project Management methodologies, with the ability to put in place structure and processes to manage multiple projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proven skills in identifying project risks and proactively implementing solutions.
- Demonstrated reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to drive decision-making.
- Proven capability to liaise, negotiate and lead all internal and external stakeholder relationships.
