Your responsibilities include:

  • Provide strategic support for Data Transformation Program
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Data Transformation Plan in line with CHA’s goals and the Data Champions Framework
  • Incorporate change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during data-related transformations
  • Directly reports to Workforce Development Lead in the Centre for Health Analytics (CHA)
  • Leads program and project development under limited supervision

What we need from you:

  • Degree/honours/masters or equivalent work experience 5+ years in a data related field (data, research, technology) in related field
  • Experience working in a health care field as a clinician (nursing, medical, or allied health), researcher, engineer, or administrator
  • Experience in change management, strategy development, or impact management with multiple organisations and professional groups within a project management framework
  • Knowledge of data-driven practices, with an understanding of healthcare processes and clinical workflows
  • Familiarity with data-driven or digital health frameworks is advantageous
