- How you can meet the essential criteria and desirable criteria
- Your sector support and development skills
- An example of where you have identified and promoted "best practice" management structures or service provision techniques to an organisation.
- An example of a training package, resource or strategy you have designed, developed or facilitated to support service operations
- An example of your experience in presenting reports or chairing meetings
- Your knowledge of industrial relations and statutory regulations in areas such as WHS, Fair Work and Food Safety.
- An example of report writing or research that you have undertaken
