The Strategy Analyst role offers an exciting opportunity to join MCM’s Strategy, Outcomes & Innovation Team, working collaboratively across all levels of the organisation to shape and drive MCM’s strategy, outcomes framework, and innovation process. This dynamic role involves supporting business development activities, fostering organisational learning from local and global insights, and contributing directly to strategic growth. It requires a deep understanding of MCM’s operations, exceptional influencing skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt, making a meaningful impact on achieving MCM’s strategic goals.
