In this role you'll support amazing practitioners to use our systems well, so that they can focus on what they do best - supporting our clients!
We're embarking on a tech change project which will see over 200 people onboarded into our HRIS, Client Management System, Finance & Ops Systems, Incident & Risk Management, Time & Attendance and the LMS. This role will work closely with the Business Leads and Change Manager to design training plans, develop the materials and facilitate the go live! At the same time, we have some systems upgrades going ahead that will benefit our current users (over 500 people) and you'll again work with the business leads to assess if training is required and support the delivery.
Outside of the project, second goal of the role is to support us to set up a sustainable systems training approach for the above systems, that can then be applied across broader applications. An early priority will be to develop a way of working for the creation, updating and storage of job aids as well as defining where self-serve help information is available.
It's a hands-on role which means that you'll be involved in writing Job Aids, developing explainer videos, eLearning courses, competency checklists and more. Internally we have an intranet built on SharePoint, an LMS (Go1), pre-built searchable document libraries, and have tools available like Scribe, Canva, Articulate, ClipChamp and HowToo to support the production of content.
This role is great for someone who has led system training before, has some good content creation skills and exposure to how tech change projects work. It's a great opportunity to set up a sustainable systems training framework into the future, which will make a real difference to the skills and capabilities of our team!
We are looking for someone who has (see PD for more detail):
The IT change project audience is based in Gippsland so periodic travel to sites like Morwell or Waragull may be required for live training sessions, relationship building and to launch programs.
Applications for this role will be assessed as they are submitted. Please include your current resume and cover letter.
