We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Individual Giving Specialist to lead the execution of the RMH Foundation’s major annual appeals, regular giving acquisition, and supporter retention programs.
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless end-to-end delivery of our fundraising campaigns, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external fundraising agencies to execute multi-channel campaigns that inspire and retain donors.
You will lead the growth and optimisation of the RMH Foundation’s brand-new regular giving program, focusing on acquisition, retention, and lifecycle management to maximise long-term donor value.
