John Cade Adult Acute Psychiatry Unit
The Royal Melbourne Hospital, provides specialised mental health care to consumers in a dynamic environment that strives to, at all times, maintain a focus on recovery and patient centred care. Our unit has a strong commitment to innovative practice around trauma informed care and reduction in restrictive interventions.
Your new role:

About you:
- 2 years post graduate work experience, inclusive of time worked in mental health settings.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- You have effective communication skills and a passion for continued professional development and research development.
- Work collaboratively with the lived experience workforce.
- Have flexibility in your work timetable, working across inpatient and outpatient.
