John Cade Adult Acute Psychiatry Unit

The Royal Melbourne Hospital, provides specialised mental health care to consumers in a dynamic environment that strives to, at all times, maintain a focus on recovery and patient centred care. Our unit has a strong commitment to innovative practice around trauma informed care and reduction in restrictive interventions.

Your new role:

About you:

• 2 years post graduate work experience, inclusive of time worked in mental health settings.
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
• You have effective communication skills and a passion for continued professional development and research development.
• Work collaboratively with the lived experience workforce.
• Have flexibility in your work timetable, working across inpatient and outpatient.
