About the role:

We are seeking expressions of interest for Personal Care Assistants on a permanent part time or casual engagement.

We are looking for PCAs to work at one or more of our sites in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. Sites are based in Dandenong / Lynbrook / Springvale / Mordialloc / Sandringham / Edithvale / Mentone.

As a PCA at Mercy Health, you will provide quality resident-focused care utilising a person-centred approach and in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies/procedures of Mercy Health. You will provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care.

About you:

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or equivalent
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate in a team environment and report/document in line with requirements
• Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care
