About the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee delivery of Home Care Services that support people who are aged or have a disability to live actively, safety and independently in their own homes across the outer South Eastern Metropolitan region of Melbourne. Based in Mornington, the position will be responsible for

  • Leading a dedicated team of service coordinators, care advisors and home care workers
  • Ensuring effective and efficient delivery of high quality services to clients
  • Identifying and promoting opportunities for future business growth
  • Optimising available resources to support the financial viability of the business
  • Delivery of budget targets and KPIs

About you:

You will be an appropriately qualified and experienced Manager with high level leadership, strong financial acumen and well developed problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to manage teams and engage clients, the community and a wide variety of stakeholders. You will have effective time management and negotiation skills and hold a relevant qualification in health, management and or a business related discipline.
