About the role

This role, will deliver precise business analysis, partnering cross-functionally to assess operational improvement initiatives, apply process mapping, ideation, and root cause analysis techniques. Your ability to conduct in-depth data analysis, support system implementations and gather business requirements to align technology solutions with business goals is integral to success in this role. Strong data and analytical skills are essential.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Systems configuration optimisation
  • Assisting with the development of a data warehouse
  • Data integrity
  • Business intelligence and reporting
  • Assistance in implementations of new systems

About you

An experienced project manager you will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working as a business and/or data analyst.
  • Project Management and/or Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (Accounting, Technology).
  • Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualisation.
  • Proven experience in data integration and data transformation.
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools.
  • Experience with database and model design.
  • Demonstrated programming experience.
  • Experience in client journey and process mapping.
