About Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid Australia is a national not-for-profit organisation focused on mental health training and research. Our core work is to develop MHFA courses, and train Instructors to deliver these courses to their communities or workplaces. Our courses are delivered across Australia and internationally.

About the role

We are seeking one full-time ongoing Customer Service Representative who will make our customer experience memorable.

You will be resilient, professional and flexible in your work approach. As the central point of contact for both internal and external customers you will have a collaborative working style and an ability to build strong relationships.

Key responsibilities of the role include

• Liaise with staff and external stakeholders to resolve customer enquires in a timely manner.
• Maintain a standard of excellence in customer service.
• Work on initiatives to support and improve the customer experience.
• Delivery of customer support via phone and email in accordance with MHFA customer experience systems, processes and policies.

About you

To be successful in this dynamic role you will:

• Be passionate about customer service and have a natural desire to help others.
• Be able to learn quickly on new systems while processing new information and retaining key information.
• Professionalism, customer focus and ability to contribute to a positive culture.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service across multiple communication channels.
• Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
