Mental Health First Aid is a national not-for-profit organisation focused on mental health curriculum development, and research. Established in 2001 our purpose is to provide high quality, evidence-based, accessible mental health first aid education for anyone, for everyone. Our core work is to develop Mental Health First Aid courses, and train Instructors to deliver these courses to their communities or workplaces. Our courses are delivered across Australia and internationally.
The Engagement Coordinator supports the Director Communications and Engagement and Engagement team to make Mental Health First Aid training accessible to everyone.
Under the direction of the Business Development and Engagement Manager, the Engagement Coordinator will provide planning, administrative and business process support to the Director Communications and Engagement and Engagement teams to develop, implement and maintain engagement activities that deliver on the Mental Health First Aid Strategic, Operations and Engagement Plans, building the profile of Mental Health First Aid Australia, the promotion of Instructor training and Mental Health First Aider training.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of exceptional ability to prioritise well, deliver to deadlines, administering customer relationship management, document management skills and managing multiple stakeholders. Your excellent technical competencies, communication and interpersonal skills, collaborative approach and ability to work under pressure are essential in this role.
