Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) International is a health promotion charity focused on mental health training and research. Our core work is to conduct research, develop Mental Health First Aid courses, and train Instructors to deliver these courses to their communities, education settings, or workplaces. Courses are delivered across Australia and internationally.
We are seeking four full-time permanent Customer Support Services Officers who will provide an exceptional experience for those who contact and interact with MHFA International. Successful candidates will be passionate about providing support and be committed to resolving queries promptly and professionally.
